Hi there,
I'm Johnny, a weekend golfer with a passion for the game that's been growing for over 25 years.
I've undergone professional training with certified golf instructors and have participated in various amateur golf tournaments.
I've spent countless hours on the course, honing my skills and understanding of the game.
I've also read books and taken courses on golf instruction to further deepen my knowledge.
I'm not a scratch golfer, but I've come a long way from the duffer I once was. Every now and then, I break 80, though more often you'll find me scoring in the high 80s or 90s.
Remember, if you're looking for professional advice, your local golf pro or the online instruction I recommend are great resources. But if you're looking for a fellow golfer who's been where you are, who understands the struggles and triumphs of the game, then you've come to the right place.
Now…
If you can’t figure out how to get into golf with ease… if you hit it fat or thin… if you hook or slice your shots… if you fear being humiliated on the first tee… then this message is for you.
Here’s why…
Any weekend golfer with average skills should be able to break 80 by applying some basic fundamentals and adjustments to his game, even if he’s not fit or spends much time practicing, if he only focuses on the small things that will help him figure out how to get into golf with ease.
And you need to realize, there is a cost to not dealing with how to get into golf with ease…
- You want to get into golf and feel at ease with your game, but you don't know where to start. You've been searching for tips and advice, but everything you find is either too complicated or doesn't work.
- You're tired of feeling embarrassed on the golf course. You want to be able to hit the ball far and straight, but every time you tee off, you end up in the woods or the water.
- You're frustrated with your golf game and you're ready to give up. You've tried everything, but nothing seems to work. You don't know what else to do.
But don't give up just yet!
There is still hope for you to learn how to get into golf with ease. With a few simple tips, you can start hitting the ball farther and straighter than you ever thought possible.
You don't have to be embarrassed on the golf course anymore. With a little help, you can start hitting the ball down the middle of the fairway with ease.
You don't have to be frustrated with your golf game any longer. With the right advice, you can start seeing real results and start enjoying the game.
Here’s the story.
What most golfers do when facing problems with tee shots, slices, hooks, skulled, fat or shanked shots or the fear of being humiliated when playing with his buddies is to turn online for random swing tips or the magic trick that will solve their problems.
But for most weekend golfers, none of that works.
- You're sick of being embarrassed on the golf course. You've tried everything to improve your game, but nothing seems to work. You just want to be able to hit the ball like everyone else and not have to worry about humiliating yourself.
- It's so frustrating when you can't hit the ball like everyone else. You've tried to learn how to get into golf, but you just can't seem to get it right. All you want is to be able to swing without fear of being humiliated.
- You're tired of not being able to beat and impress your buddies on the golf course. You've been taking lessons, but your golf game hasn't improved. You want to be able to hit long, towering drives down the middle of the fairway without fear of humiliation.
Do you spend time looking for the magic trick that will give you a sensational day on the course, jumping between a swing tip here and grip tip there?
All the different videos and online tips have really gotten out of control lately.
It’s time to go back to the basics.
With golf fundamentals, you only have to do two things. Stick with the fundamentals when you play, enjoy yourself with your buddies, and you’re good to go.
And what happens if you just do nothing to improve your golf? If you just keep doing what you’ve always been doing?
I'll tell you what will happen - you will be a duffer and miserable on the inside forever. And how fun would that be? Just think about all the fun you will miss out on.
But there got to be a solution?
Of course there is. Just hang tight…
I’ll let you in on a solution on how to get into golf with ease in just a little bit.
But…
I’ve got an answer that works.
Here’s my story:
I was an average weekend duffer who was always getting humiliated on the tee. I dreamed of hitting long, towering tee shots down the middle of the fairway, but no matter how hard I tried, I couldn't improve my game. I decided to start a community of like-minded weekend golfers who shared the same dream, and together we started to improve our games.
I wanted to be able to hit the ball long and straight, and to stop being embarrassed on the tee.
The external struggle was that I didn't know how to improve my golf game. I tried everything, but I just couldn't seem to get any better.
The internal struggle was that I was always comparing myself to my friends who were better golfers than me. I felt like I was never going to be good enough.
The problem was that I just couldn't seem to improve my golf game no matter what I tried. I would have days where I played well, but then I would go right back to hitting terrible shots. I felt like I was never going to learn how to get into golf.
I realized that I needed to find a community of golfers who were struggling with the same things I was. This was easier said than done, so I decided to leave my comfort zone and go on a mission:
“I am going to show average golfers, duffers and weekend warriors how to hit longer drives, lower their score and impress their buddies.”
I would found a community that helps weekend golfers learn how to get into golf with ease.
I needed to find people who wanted to improve their games and who were willing to help each other. I found a group of like-minded golfers, and together we started to improve our games.
The plan was to find a group of golfers who were struggling with the same things I was, and to help each other improve our games. We started practicing, giving each other tips, and sharing our knowledge. Slowly but surely, we started to see our games improve.
The main conflict we experienced was that some of the members of the group would get frustrated and give up. It was hard to keep everyone motivated, but we kept at it and slowly but surely we started to see everyone's game improve.
The end result was that we all learned how to get into golf and we were no longer embarrassed on the tee. We started hitting longer and straighter shots, and we were finally able to enjoy the game.
The transformation I experienced was that I was finally able to enjoy the game of golf. I no longer had to compare myself to my friends, and I was able to relax and have fun.
I learned that there are 3 SECRETS that we weekend golfers can easily implement to learn how to get into golf with ease…
Secret # 1: Fear of humiliation - “How weekend golfers can get rid of their fear of being humiliated on the first tee.”
Secret # 2: Hitting long drives - “Who else wants to learn the dirty little secrets and small adjustments that make you hit BOMBS down the fairway.”
Secret # 3: Impress your buddies - “See how easily you can beat your buddies and earn your right to brag.”
We’re doing it together in the community I founded, which now live here on Golfeaser…
We are WEEKEND GOLFERS!
And yes, we even got our own manifesto…
(Short version)
I AM A WEEKEND GOLFER
A weekend golfer is a special breed of person. Nicer, more sociable, funnier and FREE.
I IMPROVE MY OWN GAME
Weekend golfers find the dirty little secrets that will shave 5 strokes off his score next time he plays. First a weekend golfer breaks 100, then he breaks 90 and then, (maybe) he breaks 80. And he does it even if he is overweight and/or doesn't spend time practicing. Weekend golfers find THE WAY!
I HIT LONG DRIVES DOWN THE FAIRWAY
A weekend golfer is in constant search for the SECRET, the quick fix that will add another 20 yards to your tee shot. Shooting a high, towering drive far down the middle of the fairway is what makes him feel alive.
I IMPRESS MY BUDDIES
A weekend golfer likes a small skin in the game and wants to play in a way that impresses his buddies. He loves to beat them (and take their money).
I EARN THE RIGHT TO BRAG
A weekend golfer is a humble person (no BIG words), but he enjoys bragging about his game when he has deserved the right to speak up. (Especially in the club house.)
I CHANGE THE WORLD
A weekend golfer is a social person who cares about others and the community he lives in. He grows his social connections and makes society a better place. One round at a time.
I AM JUST ONE ROUND AWAY
Here’s what it did for me…
I used to be an average duffer that struggled with my swing. Then I went on a journey that transformed my golf game. I guess you can still call me a bogey golfer, but today (more often than not) I hit longer shots, find more fairways and I'm not being humiliated. (I even impress my buddies every now and then.) And I can tell you - hitting long shots down the fairway is better than being a duffer.
There’s something I want you to know about me. I’m no one special, yet look at what I was able to do. I don’t have any supernatural gifts or anything. I actually really struggled with my golf swing. And that’s what I love about this system - I don’t have to worry about that anymore!
And it’s not just me.
“Any golfer with average coordination can learn to break 80 - if one applies oneself patiently and intelligently.” - Ben Hogan
